The Harvest Training Center is currently recruiting applicants for our 2010-11 Pastoral Residency Program.

We are seeking godly, gifted men who feel called to plant and pastor a Harvest Bible Chapel. Potential applicants, read on.

The HTC is highly specialized. In order to maximize the amount of personal attention each resident receives, we admit only a select number of qualified men each year.

Successful candidates:

• Demonstrate godly character, along with obvious preaching and leadership gifts.
• Are self-starters, with a passionate desire to be the senior pastor of a healthy, growing church.
• Must sense a calling to plant a church in connection with the Harvest Bible Fellowship.
