Church Planting
OUR VALUES
We believe that local churches exist to glorify God through fulfilling the Great Commission.
Matthew 28:19-20
These convictions guide us as we seek to build the church:
Healthy things multiply. 2 Timothy 2:2
A generous spirit leads to multiplied opportunity. Ecclesiastes 11:1
Building strong leaders requires enduring commitments. Proverbs 27:17
Smaller churches can have significant, eternal impact. Zechariah 4:8-10
We are committed to the planting and equipping of reproducing Harvest Bible Chapels, built upon these four pillars:
Proclaiming the authority of God’s Word without apology.
2 Timothy 4:2
Lifting high the name of Jesus through worship.
John 4:24
Believing firmly in the power of prayer.
Ephesians 6:18
Sharing the good news of Jesus with boldness.
Ephesians 6:19-20
OUR APPROACH
We establish churches where God is visibly at work, by planting new Harvests and transitioning existing churches into Harvest Bible Chapels.
We lead and labor alongside each church plant and transitioning church throughout the varied stages of church growth—from core group development to pastoral training to launch, and in the years that follow.
We select and train all senior pastor candidates through intensive residency programs at the Harvest Training Center.
We continue to mentor and equip senior pastors and church plants through coaching relationships, elder direction, and a variety of high-level training opportunities on an ongoing basis.
