Bill Foss

Senior Pastor, Harvest Scarborough Bill began Bible college after graduating from high school, but left college after one year to return home and work in construction. In 1993, after years of building houses, getting married, becoming a father, and serving in the local church, Bill returned to his first calling and again attended Bible college.

After graduating with a bachelor's degree in 1996, Bill and his wife, Melissa, returned to Maine and their home church in Scarborough. Bill served as the Assistant Pastor for one year before becoming the Senior Pastor. Bill and Melissa have four children – Ethan, Sara, Isaac and Abby.
